Refund Policy
How billing, free trials, refunds, and cancellations work at ClickFortify — a 7-day free trial to evaluate risk-free, and clear terms once you subscribe.
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellations work for the ClickFORTIFY platform (app.clickfortify.com), owned and operated by ClickFORTIFY Inc ("ClickFORTIFY," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
In short: every plan starts with a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate ClickFORTIFY risk-free. Once a paid subscription charge is made, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
1. Your 7-Day Free Trial
Every new ClickFORTIFY subscription begins with a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required to start. The trial is your risk-free window to connect your accounts, run protection, and decide whether ClickFORTIFY is right for you.
You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all. Because this trial gives you full, no-cost access to evaluate the service before you pay, it is your opportunity to decide whether ClickFORTIFY is right for you, risk-free.
2. Subscription Charges Are Non-Refundable
After your free trial ends, or once you start a paid plan, your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing cycle. All payments and accrued charges are non-refundable.
We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, downgrades, account inactivity, or services you did not use during a paid period. This applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans alike.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, directly from the Billing tab in your ClickFORTIFY dashboard. When you cancel, your current subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — it simply will not renew, and no new subscription or charge is created for the next period. Cancelling does not trigger an immediate refund of the current period.
To avoid being charged after a free trial, make sure you cancel before the trial period ends.
4. How to Cancel
Cancelling is fully self-service — you do not need to contact support:
- Log in to your ClickFORTIFY dashboard.
- Open the Billing tab.
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not auto-renew and no further charge is made. If you need a hand, you can still reach us through our contact form.
5. Exceptions We Review
While subscription charges are non-refundable, we will review the following situations in good faith and issue a correction or refund where appropriate:
- A duplicate charge or a technical billing error on our side.
- A charge applied after a timely cancellation was submitted.
- A charge resulting from unauthorized use of your payment method, subject to verification.
If you believe one of these applies, contact us within 14 days of the charge so we can investigate promptly.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date below, and the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Your continued use of ClickFORTIFY after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
