These Terms of Service apply to the ClickFORTIFY website (clickfortify.com) and the ClickFORTIFY platform (app.clickfortify.com), both owned and operated by ClickFORTIFY Inc ("ClickFORTIFY," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or platform, you agree to these terms.

When you sign up for ClickFORTIFY services, we use strict security measures so that only authorized users can access your data. Information you share through our website and platform is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and used to provide the services you request.

To use the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing ClickFORTIFY with accurate and current information as required. Failure to provide the necessary details will prevent you from registering. ClickFORTIFY reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.

You are responsible for securing your account and password. Protect and periodically update your passwords and keep your login details confidential. You are liable for all activities under your account, and ClickFORTIFY is not responsible for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

The Service must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes or to violate any laws, including copyright laws. You are responsible for all activities related to your account and must notify ClickFORTIFY immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

ClickFORTIFY reserves the right to refuse service and terminate accounts at any time. Before termination, back up your data and redirect any URLs. No new fees will be charged after termination, but you must pay any outstanding fees. No refunds will be issued for unused services on terminated accounts.

ClickFORTIFY Services are available on a subscription basis, with payments prepaid according to your selected package, amount, and subscription cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically, and your credit card (or other payment method) will be charged at each renewal date without additional authorization. All payments and accrued charges are non-refundable, and any cancellations will take effect at the end of the current payment cycle. For "FREE TRIAL" accounts, your card will be pre-authorized but not charged until the trial ends, after which billing will continue monthly unless canceled. For QUARTERLY or YEARLY plans, immediate full payment will be charged. Your account remains active and charges accrue until you formally cancel via customer support. Charges will appear on your statement as ClickFORTIFY.

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel by submitting a request through the on-site contact form, including your full name, account username/password, and the last 4 digits of your credit card used for registration. We will process your cancellation within 3 business days.

To avoid charges after a FREE TRIAL, ensure that your cancellation request is submitted within the trial period.
